Student Accommodation Concern(s)

The Office of Inclusive Learning & Accessibility, in conjunction with the Office of Student Affairs, is dedicated to ensuring that you are receiving the support you deserve. The following form can be used to report any concern(s) in the event you have been unable to reach a resolution independently.

Following submission, you can expect to hear back from a member of the OILAS Team within 2 business days. The process will include contacting you to gather additional information; investigating the concern with the appropriate support service unit(s); following up with you to provide updates and coordinate meetings (if necessary); and ensuring that we have successfully resolved your concern(s).
