2025 Summer Convention Registration

Please use the following form to register for the 2025 Oregon State Elks Association Summer Convention in Seaside. A form must be completed for all members attending the Summer Convention. When filling out the form please indicate if you are registering yourself or if you are a lodge secretary registering for your lodge. The last question will ask who should receive the registration confirmation and billing invoice. Invoices will be sent to the appropriate party after the registration submission has been verified. Lodges will have the option of either paying for each registration individually or, if they would prefer, can pay all of their registrations at once.


Registration and meal fees can be paid with a credit/debit card or by electronic bank transfer (ACH) using your personal or lodge checking account information (routing number and account number). Registrations received after 4/5/2025 are subject to a $25 late registration fee. Changes or cancellations made prior to the registration invoice being paid can be made immediately. Changes or cancellations made after an invoice has been paid will be refunded after the conclusion of the 2025 Summer Convention. Pre-paid meals become non-refundable after 4/5/2025.

At the end you will be asked to select if the individual should be invoiced directly or if the lodge should be invoiced for their registration and meal fees. Payments for a single registration cannot be split between the member and the lodge.

Will you be a voting delegate for your lodge?

Each lodge has 10 voting delegates in addition to any State Officers, Past State Presidents, State Committee Chairs, and State Committee members who are automatic voting delegates. If you are not sure if you are a voting delegate or not you can confirm with your lodge secretary.

IE: If you are currently a Leading Knight for the 2024-2025 fraternal year and have been elected Exalted Ruler for 2025-2026 you would select "Exalted Ruler" in the drop down menu.

The Spouses Meet and Greet is for the spouses of Exalted Rulers, State Officers, and visiting dignitaries. It is a chance to celebrate the past year and make connections prior to traveling to Grand Lodge. You will also have the opportunity to meet Past First Lady Amy Mills, spouse of PGER and State Sponsor Keith Mills and current First Lady Julia Schiefer, spouse of Grand Exalted Ruler Doug Schiefer. Friday April 25th at the Seaside Lodge. Cost is $10 per person and will be included on your registration invoice.

The Exalted Rulers Breakfast

The Exalted Rulers Breakfast will be held Friday April 25th starting at 6:30 am at the Seaside Lodge. The Exalted Ruler from each lodge is expected to attend. At the breakfast there will be information on the National Convention and more. If you have been elected Exalted Ruler for 2025-2026 and do not see a drop down to indicated you will be attending the breakfast below, please make sure you have selected "Exalted Ruler" from the current and past titles drop down above. In addition current OSEA Officers, Grand Lodge Guests, District Leaders, and District Deputy Grand Exalted Rulers are also invited to attend.

Cost is $14 per person and will be included on your registration invoice.

Thursday VIP Banquet

This year the Thursday VIP Banquet is by invitation only. It is open to Exalted Rulers, State Officers, State Committee Chairmen, Past State Presidents, Past State Trustee Chairs, District Leaders, District Deputy Grand Exalted Rulers, and visiting dignitaries. When registering, please make sure to include your spouse if they will be attending the banquet with you even if they are a member who will be registered separately for the convention. They won't be able to make reservations for the banquet on their own.


If you are a member and will be attending as the spouse of an individual who has been invited, please make sure your banquet reservation was made as part of their registration.

The Thursday VIP Banquet is by invitation only. it is open to Exalted Rulers, State Officers, State Committee Chairmen, Past State Presidents, Past State Trustee Chairs, District Leaders, District Deputy Grand Exalted Rulers, and visiting dignitaries.

If your spouse or partner is a member they will need to complete a separate delegate registration. But you should add their banquet meal to your registration.

Past State President and Past State Trustee Chair Events

If you received an invitation to attend any of the Past State President or Past State Trustee Chair events please enter the code included in your invitation below

Friday 4/25 at the Seaside Lodge. Cost is $15 if paid with registration invoice or $20 if paid at the door. This is open to current State Presidents, Past State Presidents, and President Elects from Oregon and visiting states.

Friday April 25th at the Seaside Lodge. Dinner is a buffet with Beef Stroganoff served over noodles or Chicken Parmesan served on top or side of noodles. Cost is $28 per person and will be included on your registration invoice.

Who should be invoiced for the registration and meal fees?*

After verification of the registration an invoice will be generated and sent to the email provided above. Please allow at least two business days for registrations to be processed and an invoice sent. The registration & meal fees can then be paid via our online payment portal. For registration fees paid by the lodge, the lodge will receive a single invoice for all delegates they register.
