World Vision Foundation of Thailand ("WVFT") recognizes the importance and duties imposed by the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) by emphasizing the right to privacy and is committed to safeguarding everyone's personal data. In this section, rights refer to statutory rights in relation to your personal data. You can request to exercise these rights through the WVFT under the conditions specified by law and our rights management process.

We would like to collect the following personal information from you. to verify data, communicate, and consider your request to exercise your right.

มูลนิธิศุภนิมิตแห่งประเทศไทย ("มูลนิธิฯ") ตระหนักถึงความสำคัญและหน้าที่ภายใต้พระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล โดยให้ความสำคัญในการเคารพสิทธิในความเป็นส่วนตัว และมุ่งมั่นเป็นอย่างยิ่งที่จะคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของทุกท่านให้มีความปลอดภัย สิทธิในส่วนนี้หมายถึงสิทธิตามกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวกับข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน ท่านสามารถขอใช้สิทธิเหล่านี้กับมูลนิธิฯได้ ภายใต้เงื่อนไขที่กฎหมายกำหนด และกระบวนการจัดการสิทธิของมูลนิธิฯ

มูลนิธิฯ ขอเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านดังต่อไปนี้ เพื่อดำเนินการตรวจสอบข้อมูล ติดต่อสื่อสาร และพิจารณาคำขอใช้สิทธิให้กับท่าน
