Thank you for your interest in working with 326 Trucking LLC.

Before you can begin hauling, please complete the following two steps:

1. Complete the Owner Operator Packet

• Fill out this setup form
• Once submitted, you will receive a digital version of the agreement to sign electronically. (To preview what the agreement will look like, click here)

2. Submit Your Certificate of Insurance (COI)

• After submitting this form, you will receive an email with instructions to attach your COI.
• Your COI must:
• Match the coverage amounts shown in this example: https://drive.google.com/file/d/14dcETc7TkSnC3xYByJLMi0jsbZXr8dkk/view
• List 326 Trucking, LLC as the certificate holder
• Name 326 Trucking, LLC as an additional insured
• This coverage is non-negotiable and must be in place before you begin working with us. These insurance requirements come from the plants we work with.— not 326 Trucking directly.

Pay Schedule

Contractors work for two weeks before receiving their first paycheck. After that, payments are issued weekly.

Pasos para comenzar a trabajar con 326 Trucking LLC

Gracias por su interés en trabajar con 326 Trucking LLC.

Antes de poder comenzar a trabajar, debe completar los siguientes dos pasos:

1. Complete el Paquete para Operadores Propietarios

• Llene este formulario
• Después de enviarlo, recibirá por correo electrónico una versión digital del acuerdo para firmar electrónicamente.

2. Envíe su Certificado de Seguro (COI)

• Recibirá un correo electrónico con instrucciones para adjuntar su COI.
• Su COI debe:

• Incluir a 326 Trucking, LLC como titular del certificado
• Nombrar a 326 Trucking, LLC como asegurado adicional
• Este seguro es obligatorio y no negociable. Es un requisito de las plantas con las que trabajamos.

Calendario de Pagos

Los contratistas trabajan durante dos semanas antes de recibir su primer pago. Después de eso, los pagos se emiten semanalmente.
