We are excited to collaborate with passionate individuals like you who are committed to making a positive impact and inspiring others on their educational journeys.

As an Education Pathways Ambassador, you will play a key role in supporting the next generation of Nevada educators, sharing valuable resources, and promoting educational opportunities.

Education Pathways Ambassadors will be responsible for

• assisting interested candidates in finding an education pathway that is right for them,
• answering questions about teaching and living in Nevada,
• and assisting with OPAL applications.

Education Pathways Ambassadors:

•  Are passionate about recruiting educators
•  Are knowledgeable about at least 1 pathway to licensure in NV
• Will attend a 2-hour initial training and monthly check in meetings
• Commit to emailing, calling, and meeting with the aspiring educators assigned to you and walking them through the process from interest to licensure

All Education Pathways Ambassadors will receive training, access to essential resources, and ongoing support to help guide future educators on their path to a successful career in a Nevada classroom.

Education Pathways Ambassadors are eligible to receive 15 Professional Learning hours for every five aspiring educators they mentor.
