Do you think ATVs/UTVs/Golf carts should be allowed on Heritage Trail on Sundays from noon to 10:30pm from Durango to Dyersville from Aug. 6th through the end of 2023 as a pilot program.

With over 1,500 registered UTVs in Dubuque County, if only half were to purchase a $25 trail pass, it would generate nearly $20,000 and very minimal additional costs.

This would also be a way for people that can not walk, run or bike to enjoy Heritage Trail.

If there is damage to the trail the pilot could be ended.

When there is more than 4" of snow on the trail, these units would not be allowed.
