Zoom access request form - Licensed user
Scouts have secured access to Zoom for Scout volunteers to use while they are volunteering. We have been provided with one licence for every Scout Group, District, County/Area/Region(Scot). So you will need to decide locally who will sign up for your licence for your Group, District, County/Area/Region before you complete the request form below. This person will be the main contact and administrator for your licence so do take the time to decide on the right person before signing up. Once you have access you can create multiple sessions/meetings and invite other volunteers to start meetings if they are registered as a Basic user on the Scouts account. We are collecting your name and email address for the purpose of providing you access to the Scouts Zoom tenancy. The Scouts will upload your data provided below into Zoom and Zoom will then send you a registration link to complete the sign up and accept their terms and conditions. All other data captured will be used by the Scouts to manage and support your access to Zoom and will not be shared outside of Scouts. We (The Scouts) will pass on your details to Zoom (due to the way the Zoom account is set up this step will completed manually every working day). Zoom will then email you to register you for a licence and you will need to accept the Zoom T&Cs (https://zoom.us/terms) at this point if you wish to use Zoom. The email address you use to register for the platform may be available to other Scout's platform users via the meeting scheduler and it's autocomplete feature.
