  • Learner and customer support service via email, phone and CE Portal self-service tools. Includes information on how learners can access the CE Portal and complete steps required to obtain CE/attendance documentation
  • Online Join Mailing List Form for interested persons to sign up to be notified when registration for your course opens
  • Learner access to registration receipts and confirmations
  • Regular registration reports provided to Course Director and Planning Committee members
  • For live virtual or hybrid events- optional webinar access link provided to learners through their CE Portal account

The planning committee should represent your audience. As an example, if you plan to have both physicians and nurses in your audience the planning committee should have at least one of each of those profession types. As part of the course certification request review process, the individuals identified below will be asked to complete or review and update their disclosure in our CE Portal. They will receive more information and instructions via email.

For each planning committee member, provide the following:

  • First and last name
  • Degree (e.g. MD, APRN)
  • Email address

Commercial Support and Exhibits


RSS courses are not eligible to receive commercial support and/or exhibit funds per OCPD policy.


There are compliance considerations for commercial support and exhibit opportunities for all course types. Courses that intend to submit grant applications for educational support funds will be required to have a grant-focused meeting with OCPD staff and complete an additional attestation if grant funding is sought.
