This is a great presentation for students BEFORE they are looking for housing or singing a lease!

Off-Campus 2.0 Session: Steps to Take After Signing a Lease!

This session discusses factors to consider once a lease has been signed. This includes, key lease terms, what to do before you move in, budgeting, how to be a good neighbor and other university and city resources.

Graduate and Professional Off-Campus Housing Resource Session

This session offers university and city resources to our Graduate and Professional student population with additional information regarding more neighborhoods around Columbus.

General Off-Campus and Commuter Student Engagement Resource Session

This session provides information regarding the resources that our office has to offer such as, Off-Campus Living Guides, Off-Campus Housing Network, Safety Resources, Roommate Fair and other events hosted by our office.
