Our mentoring program is dedicated to the academic enrichment, satisfaction, efforts at work-life balance, and success of early career faculty in the Department of Pediatrics. How the program works is you meet with your mentor at least twice per academic year (but you are welcome to meet more often). We also hold workshops throughout the year you are welcome to attend.
