Position: Inventory & Logistic Supervisor
Location: Old Harbour, St.Catherine
Job Description:
To enter and maintain Stores inventory on the server system and assist Accounts and Procurement in resolving discrepancies with invoices, by recording, incoming goods and the logistics of goods on the property. To conduct daily rounds to monitor store levels and initiate re-ordering goods, and investigate variances, making notations to ensure Accounts can process payment.
Key Competencies and Skills:
- Solid understanding of inventory record principles and basic accounting procedures.
- Proven ability to maintain accurate stock levels and avoid material shortages.
- Strong data entry and analytical skills, with a focus on investigating inventory variances.
- Skilled in building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Especially adept at resolving discrepancies between purchase orders and received goods.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills; effective team player
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiar with accounting software
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently

Qualifications:
- 2 years’ experience in an Inventory or administrative Role, or equivalent experience. Affirmed work experience from your previous employee.

- Administrative Manager
- Collaborate with Senior Stores Supervisor, with daily operations.
