If traveling internationally, to the BCSP Foundation's R&I Summit, located in Indianapolis, Indiana, a visa may be required to attend. If an individual is traveling from UAE the wait time is approximately 455 days to get a VISA appointment, which will prohibit summit attendance.

Before filling out this visa request form

• Please check to see if you are eligible under the Waiver Program (VWP). If you are a citizen or national of one of the Visa Waiver Program countries listed using this link: https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov/, you may not need to apply for a visa. If a visa is required, please check with your U.S. Embassy to ensure that an interview can take place before your travel dates.
• An R&I Summit ticket must be purchased prior to filling out the visa request form
• A reservation for a hotel is required and a copy of the reservation must be uploaded
• Passport information must be available and an uploaded copy is required
