NOISE EXPOSURE ASSESSMENT

UCI employees exposed to noise levels that equal or exceed an 8-hour time-weighted average (TWA) of 85 decibels will need to be enrolled into the Campus Hearing Conservation Program.


Please complete the form below. EH&S will review the response to determine if a further assessment is warranted.

Please describe the source(s) of the noise and the amount of time you are exposed each day and how often. For example, power drill 2hrs/day at 3 times/week and leaf blower 1 hr/day at 4 times/month.
