Career Coach Intake Form

Our revamped Career Coach initiative is focused on connecting working professionals with our college Dreamers for both informal mentorship opportunities and more structured events including Career Roundtables and workshops. Career Roundtables will typically consist of professionals from the same or similar fields, coming together, and having conversations with Dreamers with interests in that field.

Please include all postsecondary education including the institution(s) attended and any degree/certificate(s) you have earned or are in the process of earning.

Includes tutoring, mentoring, and other "I Have a Dream" initiatives
