Pre-Authorized Payment Plan Options

Please select one of the following three options:

Monthly Plan: 5 equal payments from January to May (interim bill) and 5 equal payments from June to October (final bill) withdrawn on the last banking day of the month. Please note that any additions* to your tax account will automatically be withdrawn along with your next scheduled withdrawal amount.

Due Date Plan: Installments and any additions* to the tax roll will be withdrawn on the last banking day of the month.

Arrears Plan: Monthly amount for payment of property tax arrears withdrawn on the last banking day of each month. For this plan, interest charges are applied on the first business day of each month. Contact Financial Services to arrange a monthly amount.

*Additions to tax rolls include items such as unpaid utility arrears, septic re-inspection fees, and returned payments. If you don't want them debited along with your withdrawal, please contact Financial Services before the withdrawal date to make alternative plans. These amounts are due when added and accounts on PAP must be kept in good standing, which includes items added to tax accounts. Failure to do so could result in the cancellation of the PAP. Withdrawals will be made as indicated above. There is no surcharge for this method of payment.

By checking this box, I acknowledge that if a payment does not clear my bank account for any reason, an administration charge will be imposed as per the Town's Fees & Charges By-law. A second occurrence will automatically cancel my pre-authorized payment plan. All outstanding amounts will become due immediately and subject to penalty charges if the plan is cancelled.*
