Supplemental NIH Funds Available

If you have NIH funding, you may be eligible apply for a Diversity Supplement – an administrative supplement to improve the diversity of the research workforce by recruiting and supporting students, postdoctorates, and eligible investigators from groups that have been shown to be underrepresented in health-related research. To help connect potential diversity candidates with mentors, we are collecting information from Nutrition Obesity Research Center at Harvard (NORCH) principal investigators who are eligible and interested in applying for these fellowship grants. This information will be distributed to potential applicants Underrepresented in Academia (URiA) throughout the country who are interested in nutrition and obesity research. R01, R03, R21, P01, U01 and many other types of NIH grants are eligible for Diversity Supplements.
