Upon receiving claim approval from the factory, Joe Johnson Equipment will credit your account.
After submitting this form, you will receive an email with an RMA #. Defective parts must be returned with a copy of the RMA email, prepaid, to JJE within 14 days of new part receipt or invoice will remain owing on your account.
