All Fall graduates are invited to attend the Fall ceremony and all Spring & Summer graduates are invited to attend one of the Spring ceremonies. We recognize extenuating circumstances may occur that would warrant an exception to participate in a commencement outside of the one prescribed.

This form should be completed to request an exception to participate in a commencement outside of the one scheduled.

Requests for Commencement Exception Participation need to be submitted by the graduation application deadline for your name to appear in the printed program. The names of individuals who are granted an exception request that was submitted after the graduation application deadline will not appear in the printed commencement program.
