Please fill out this application to be considered for the AY '24 QM Cohort at Clemson. To qualify, you must have taught an online course at least once prior to Fall '24, and plan to teach that course in an upcoming SUMMER or FALL semester; this will be the same course you submit for review during the Cohort. The cohort will not be completed before the start of the Spring semester.
