By submitting your video, you agree to the following:

Public Voting: Your video will be shared on social media for public voting.

Eligibility Verification: Before voting starts, Texas A&M University-San Antonio will confirm you are registered for Summer or Fall 2025.

Media Release: You grant Texas A&M University-San Antonio permission to use your video recording (including your image and voice) for any purpose on university websites, publications, broadcasts, displays, and other media. This also includes permission for others to use the recording for non-university purposes like campus media coverage.

Release of Liability: You release Texas A&M University-San Antonio from any claims related to the use of the video, including privacy or publicity rights, distortions, or faulty reproductions.

Agreement: You acknowledge you've read and understood this agreement, and submit your video voluntarily.
