Culinary Arts Weekly Class Roll Submission Form

The following submission form is to be completed by faculty teaching Culinary Arts classes on campus in the Spring 2021 semester. INSTRUCTIONS: -Faculty must take roll daily -Faculty must submit attendance roll once week no later than 4PM on Friday -Please submit a separate roll for each course you are teaching. Do not combine course rolls.
