Oversized items or items of excessive weight may require additional charges; $300 fee applies for each pallet.


APPROVED FREIGHT DELIVERY

Attempts to delivery freight outside of the approved date and time time will result in the delivery being refused.


MATERIAL & EQUIPMENT DELIVERY:

If your company is delivering materials/equipment in a vehicle larger than a van, Signed Working Conditions and Certificate of Insurance must be submitted to The Breakers Contract Administration office thirty (30) days prior to the show date. Failure to provide the documents will result in denied access to the property.

WORKING CONDITIONS & CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE (COI)


Working Conditions and Certificate of Insurance (COI) must be submitted via the Working Conditions & COI Form.


The Breakers Working Conditions outlines vendor requirements including, but not limited to, tools & equipment, appearance standards, property access, general conduct, safety, and insurance coverage requirements. This document applies to all vendors coming on property, including hired third-party vendors. The Working Conditions can be downloaded by clicking HERE.


As outlined in The Breakers Working Conditions, all vendors shall carry and maintain minimum insurance coverage. A sample COI can be downloaded by clicking HERE or found within the Working Conditions & COI Form link above. When submitting proof of insurance, pay special note to insurance minimums, certificate holder and additional insured requirements.


PROPERTY ACCESS REQUEST FORM


In order to provide services at The Breakers, a detailed listing of all vehicles entering property must be submitted and approved by our Security Team no later than fourteen (14) days prior to the show date. Failure to provide will result in denied access to the property.

Any subcontractors or labor crew not listed on the Property Access Form or otherwise not approved will not be granted access to the property. The Driver must be able to unload and deliver equipment without the assistance of The Breakers. (The loading dock does not have a lift).


All crew arriving on the property MUST provide a valid ID. Failure to provide an ID will result in denied access to the property.


Exhibitors are responsible for providing visqueen for floor protection during load-in & load-out.


The Front Door will not assist in delivering Exhibitor materials or be able to lend out carts. Exhibitors must arrive with appropriate carts, dollies, etc., to transport materials to the Exhibit Hall. The Breakers will not provide any materials to aid in any load-in & load-out.

TEARDOWN & LOAD-OUT

The resort premises, including Meetings & Events spaces must be left in the same condition as on arrival, neat and orderly, free of debris.


SHIPPPING

Outbound boxes with pre-paid labels will be shipped within twenty-four (24) hours.

All other standard shipping will be shipped within forty-eight (48) hours.


Boxes will not be shipped out from the hotel or services provided until a credit card is on file.


MATERIAL & EQUIPMENT LOAD-OUT

A Property Access Request Form should be submitted for load-out of all material & equipment being picked up from The Breakers (in a vehicle larger than a van). This must be submitted and approved by our Security Team no later than fourteen (14) days prior to the show date. Failure to provide will result in denied access to the property.
