Regents Advisory Council Officer Change Request Form
Use this form when RAC Officer positions are updated.

In order to update a RAC, you must first identify under which category it belongs. This will impact who at the University System Office receives this request. Visit https://www.usg.edu/committees if you are unsure.
First and Last Name, institutional affiliation, and term (e.g., 2024-2025)
Please provide a valid email address. This will be used to notify the chair of any membership changes to the RAC. For disciplinary RACS, it will also be used to request review of General Education courses related to the discipline from the Gen Ed Council.
We will ask you to provide the name of the individual for each of these positions (even if the officer is continuing). If the position is vacant, you can specify "Vacant."
