This form will guide you through submitting your session proposal and providing essential information about yourself and your presentation.

Before You Begin

• Please take a few minutes to carefully review the questions and prepare your responses.
• Make sure your session aligns with the conference topics in the drop-down list
• Verify you are eligible to present in person, July 18-19, 2025

Submissions are due by April 15, 2025.

Tips for a Successful Submission

• Write a clear and concise session title and summary that highlight the value of your presentation.
• If you’re submitting multiple proposals, please complete a separate form for each session.
