UWG Student Meeting Room Request Form

The Ingram Library has small group spaces available that accommodate 2-4 students on a first come first serve basis by checking in at the Circulation Desk. For additional study spaces that are reservable in advance and could accommodate a larger study group, please complete the form. Same day reservation requests can be made prior to 12pm each business day. If there are no spaces that meet your request needs alternative times/dates will be suggested.
