AIHA Connect 2025 Technical Tours Application

Thank you for your interest in hosting a technical tour in conjunction with AIHA Connect 2025 in Kansas City. Complete the items below for each tour you will host.​ All tours will depart from and return to the Kansas City Convention Center (KCCC) at the designated Technical Tour Check-In location. When estimating travel time and the tentative schedule, please be sure to use KCCC as the start and end location.

Tours should not exceed four (4) hours, including travel time.

Please include what attendees will see and do on the tour. Copy must be 150 words or less; AIHA reserves the right to edit copy.

Provide a detailed itinerary/plan of the tour to include expected times for Departure from the Convention Center, Arrival at the tour site, Tour Start and End, Departure from the tour site, and Return to Convention Center.

Ideally, tours will allow for up to 40 participants. AIHA reserves the right to cancel tours of less than 10 participants.

Tour Transportation

Company Shuttle:*

Will you provide a company shuttle to and from the Convention Center? Select “No” if you need AIHA Connect to provide shuttle transportation.

Detail the security measures required by the facility, such as background check required, proof of citizenship, etc. Indicate if attendees must be US citizens to participate. If no requirements, answer with N/A. Note: once the tours are published in the registration system, security requirements cannot be increased.

List any special considerations, such as stair climbing, excessive walking, special clothing, etc. Indicate if PPE or other equipment is required, and specify if facility will provide. If no requirements, answer with N/A.
