2025 Quality Assurance and Learning Panel Application

The Oregon Department of Education invites you to submit a short application to serve on a Quality Assurance and Learning Panel to support the implementation of the 2025-27 Integrated Application.


The purpose of the Quality Assurance and Learning Panel is to:

  • Support public understanding and grow confidence in the implementation of the Integrated Application;
  • Create conditions conducive for learning across districts and communities; and
  • Support ODE’s review processes with a quality check.


Panelists will be asked to commit to a 2 hour (9 am - 11 am OR 1 pm - 3 pm) virtual meeting to review ODE's evaluation of one integrated application.


Participation in the Quality Assurance and Learning Panels is voluntary and subject to public record.


Submit a complete application in order to be considered to be on the Quality Assurance and Learning Panel. This application will remain open until all panels have been filled. Panelists will be notified of their selection once their application has been reviewed.

Section 4: Conflict of Interest/Confidentiality Agreement

ODE wants you to serve on a panel for which you do not have a conflict of interest based on geography, the work that you do, or any connections you may have with districts, charter schools, and/or Youth Corrections Education Programs (YCEP) or Juvenile Detention Education Programs (JDEP).

After you complete your Quality Assurance Learning Panel application you will be directed to the Confidentiality Agreement Form, please complete this form.
