PeopleAdmin User Group

Request Form

This form should be used in the following circumstances:


  • To create PeopleAdmin user group access for new employees.


  • To change PeopleAdmin user group access for current employees who are transitioning to new Auburn University jobs, or who have been assigned new responsibilities related to employment processes.


Employees who are leaving Auburn University will have their access terminated automatically upon their departure.


Employees who need access to the Records (Onboarding) module of PeopleAdmin should contact the Onboarding Center for assistance.
