Payroll Deduct Terms:

Payroll deduction is only available for benefit-eligible faculty and staff with active relationship status with the University. Students and visitor/affiliates are not eligible for payroll deduction.
Payroll deduction payment is calculated using plan total cost* divided into 10 payments; the first payroll deduction will occur within two pay periods, and subsequent payments will be deducted from each pay period.
If benefit eligibility or employment ends for any reason before the final deduction is made, the entire balance will be deducted from final wages or sent to collections.

Payroll deduction meal plans do not begin until eligibility status is confirmed by Boise State Dining and Human Resources.
