Mitel Connect Mobile App Request

To use the Mitel Connect mobile app, your STLCC phone number must be linked to your mobile number. Please provide the following information to begin. PLEASE NOTE: The Mitel App should not be used for shared extensions.

Enter the 4-digit extension for the phone you want to use with the Mitel Connect mobile app. Only one extension can be linked to your mobile phone.

How would you like your name to display? (John Doe, etc.)

ex. 314-555-1212

Select the 'Use Windows Credentials' option if you are unsure of your Mitel password and would like to use your STLCC login credentials to log into the mobile app and desktop software.
