Our team is thrilled about your interest in this exciting program!

Any post-acute long-term care facility in the central and southern regions of Illinois is encouraged to participate. Ineligible facilities include hospitals, urgent care centers, or any facility who primarily provides acute care. There is no cost to participate; in fact - we have gifts for you!

If your facility is enrolled in our program, you will commit to:

• 5 one-hour webinars (recorded, at your own pace)
• 1 self paced module (complete a one hour training in your own time)
• 1 half-day facility visit, where an Industrial Hygienist may recommend improvements to your building's airflow.

We ask that you attend all of the webinars live; however, we understand that things come up. You will be able to make up one webinar from a recording. We will work with your facility to schedule an in-person visit at a time that is convenient for you.

CEUs are available for RNs (Nursing ANCC CE Credit) and nursing home administrators (NAB).

Your qualifying facility will receive:

• Two fit-testing hoods and all the supplies to fit-test your employees
• Free medical evaluations for fit-testing for all of your employees
• Sample policies, resources, and other good stuff to get your Respiratory Program up and running!
• Upon successful completion of the webinars, your facility will receive FIVE true HEPA air purifiers - for communal spaces or patient rooms, you decide!
