Daily Scratch-Off Permits

• These permits are for Guests/Visitors of your Department. The Department may not purchase these permits for use by Boise State Students, Faculty, or Staff.
• These permits are for single-day use (6AM to Midnight)
• These permits allow parking access to any Garage, Reserve or Commuter Lot.
• These permits are $17 each
• Purchasing a bundle of five permits, comes with a free additional permit.

Department Special Permit (D3 Permit)

• This permit must be accompanied by a current Boise State Garage, Reserve, or Commuter Permit.
• This permit allows parking outside of your permit zone in Garages, Reserve Lots, Commuter Lots, and Pay Lots for up to a maximum of 3 hours at a cost of $244 for the fiscal year.
• This permit can be processed for a specific employee or for shared-use with a department.

Designated Reserve Parking

• This permit reserves a specifically-assigned stall for a designated employee or for department use.
• If processed for department-use (Visitor/Guest Stalls or Department Vehicle), cost is $1,014.00 to the department.
• If processed for a specific person, cost is split between employee at $494.00 and department at $520.00.

Volunteer Permits

• These permits are processed at no charge, but are only for patrons not being compensated by the University or their place of business in any way for their time here.
• These permits are for short-term use.
• These permits are valid for one individual, not a shared-use permit.
• These permits are completely virtual, linked to a license plate number.
• These permits will only allow access in a specific zone on campus based on the location requested and available space.
