FAQs during the Physical Access Limitation
This form is to be used by managers to enter Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) they are receiving from students, employees and community members. 1) Enter the question (and answer, if known) in the boxes provided. 2) Public Information Officers (PIOs) will review and modify the FAQ, as needed. 3) This will create a Knowledge Base (KB) for employees who have been reassigned and working in a "Call Center-type" role, can search for and answer the questions. 4) This will constantly be modified as things change.
