Co-op Work-Study Clearance Request Form

Co-op work-study funding is a type of Federal need-based aid that students can earn by either working in an on-campus co-op or at an off-campus co-op with an agency that has an active contract on file with our office. To qualify, students must have a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) on file and have enough unmet need available to fund the full-time co-op. Without a FAFSA on file, students are not eligible for co-op work-study funding.

Please complete the form, and our office will review your eligibility. You will receive a notification regarding your eligibility status and the maximum amount eligible.

Please Note: The Summer II and Fall semesters are in two different academic years. Students eligible for co-op work-study funding in Summer II will need to be cleared again for Fall once they are packaged for the upcoming academic year.
