I agree to be governed by the SCA (WA) Constitution, SCA Code of Conduct, By-laws and Policies/Practices relevant to the state in which I am applying for membership from the date of my admission as a member and acknowledge the right of the SCA (WA) Board and the SCA (WA) Management to suspend or cancel my membership in accordance with the state Constitution and Code of Conduct.

I hereby confirm that I understand when an Individual Strata Services Member changes employment with a Corporate Strata Services Member he/she must notify SCA (WA) within 1 month of commencing with the company. If the new company is not a member of SCA (WA) as a Corporate Strata Services Member an application can be lodged within 3 months of the commencement of employment to avoid the cessation of the individual membership. Extra member fees may apply.
