The Gender and Sexuality Studies Program receives many requests for financial co-sponsorship and support of events. Unfortunately, we are unable to honor all of them, and the amount granted varies based on the nature of the request. We will review all requests quarterly. Co-sponsorship applications from undergraduate students must include a letter of support from an NU faculty member.

If your unit would like to request name-only co-sponsorship (i.e. non-financial support), please still complete this form and note $0 in requested funds.

Below are this year's quarterly deadlines:

• Friday, November 1, 2024 for events taking place during Winter 2025.
• Friday, January 17, 2025 for events taking place during Spring and Summer 2025.
• Friday, April 18, 2025 for events taking place during Fall 2025.
