Transfer Partner Application

Shelter and Rescue Partners are important in the Detroit Animal Care and Control (DACC) Transfer Partner Program. This program helps reduce overcrowding, provides options for pets that might not do well in a regular shelter, and offers care for pets that the shelter might not have resources for. To join, organizations need to fill out this form and submit the required documents before approval for transporting pets.

The required documents are:

State of Michigan License

Adoption Application and Contract

Proof of 501(c)3 status (if applicable)

Spay/Neuter Contract (if applicable)

Brochure or other published materials about your organization (if applicable)
