Background and Significance
Please describe the problem, citing any evidence from previous research or program data. Identify and address gaps in knowledge or programmatic activities that must be filled to improve MDA or MMDP services; and why the previous work needs to be continued.

For each research question listed above, please discuss the specific qualitative and quantitative methods and data collection tools to be used.
Also explain the plan for measuring the improvement in program performance (including effectiveness, equity) achieved as a result of the research intervention.
Examples include, but are not limited to: Children, Adult Women, Adult Men, Nomads, Migrants, CDDs, the Disabled, the Elderly, Urban Slum Dwellers, etc.
Provide sample size for each method and target group.
For example, 8 focus group discussions with community members, cross-sectional community survey with 250 community members, or in-depth interviews with 12 community leaders
