We are having teams of four play! Let us know what team you are on, or if you need help finding a team. If already on a team, each player must submit a separate registration.

Prizes can only be shipped to addresses in the United States.

ELIGIBILITY: This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the contiguous United States, (excluding Rhode Island, Florida and New York) and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their state or territory, if that age is above 18) and a legal resident of the United States or the District of Columbia at the time of entry.

CONDITIONS: No substitution for any prize will be permitted. If necessary due to unavailability of the Prize, a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded at the discretion of the Sponsor. Prize is not transferable, assignable or redeemable for cash. If requested, Winner will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability/Publicity Release within fifteen (15) days of issuance. Failure to return all required documents in this time period may result in the Winner being disqualified and an alternate Winner selected. If a prize notification is returned to Sponsor as undeliverable or if an entrant is found to be ineligible or declines acceptance of the Prize for any reason, an alternate Winner will be selected. By entering this Sweepstakes and/or accepting the Prize, Winner and entrant hereby consent (except where prohibited by law) to the reasonable use by Sponsor of the Winners’ and entrants’ photograph, voice, likeness and/or image, hometown address, contents of the entry form and the name and age of the Winners and entrants without any further compensation for any future promotional activity related to this Sweepstakes. After a Prize is awarded to Winner, Sponsor may request from Winner a worldwide, fully paid up, royalty free, sublicensable and transferable license to the Winner’s name, likeness, voice, image, photograph, social media account names, submission information, and any other content created as a result of entering the Sweepstakes and/or winning the Sweepstakes in connection with the promotion, marketing, and/or historical reference to Sweepstakes. Granting publicity rights is not a condition or obligation by Winner.

To the extent authorized by the law, I agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Easterseals Inc.(“Easterseals”) and its successor organizations, its affiliates, and all other Hosts and Sponsors of this event, their officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, assigns, and volunteers from and against any and all claims, losses or damages to persons or property, and any other losses and/or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) for any negligent or wrongful acts or omissions committed or incurred by me, any family member over whom I have legal authority, my heirs, agents, successors, or assigns arising out of or relating to the Easterseals Esports event(s) that is the subject of this Registration. The Undersigned agrees to the digital, print, or other medium use of their likeness and waives all rights and interests in the review or approval of such materials. By signing below, I understand I am signing for myself, my minor children, or any other family members over whom I have legal authority, and any other members of my household who may be attending the event, agree to be bound by my electronic signature, and affirm that I have the legal authority to sign this on behalf of myself, my minor children, and other members of my household.
