Oregon Health Authority – Have you or a loved one been affected by Oregon’s expanding fentanyl or overdose crises?

What have you learned, and what do you wish you knew earlier? What’s your biggest challenge, how do you cope, what gives you hope, and what would you like others in Oregon, including Oregon’s leaders, to know about you and your loved ones? Your stories of courage, love, loss, recovery and healing raise awareness, provide hope and show the scope and complexity of a societal crisis unlike any other in modern history.

If you’ve struggled with opioid use, including fentanyl, or if you care about or love someone who struggles, we’d like to hear from you. And, if you’ve lost someone in your life to a drug overdose, please consider sharing your experience with us. Your story could help others, and your experience could help shape and improve Oregon’s fentanyl and opioid response.

With your permission, we may use your stories in upcoming newsletters or blog content. We will respect all who wish to remain anonymous.
