Request for Proposals: CPCA Workforce Development Survey

The California Primary Care Association (CPCA) is soliciting proposals from qualified organizations that provide data collection and analytics consulting. CPCA’s goal is to conduct a statewide workforce development survey that provides detailed insights on community health center (CHC) workforce priorities, strategies, and challenges. The findings will provide CHCs with a strategic leadership tool and inform CPCA’s training and technical assistance.

Proposals must be submitted no later than 5:00 PM PST on Tuesday, 4/30/25, 2025. Please submit your completed proposal by responding to the questions and uploading your organization's proposal below. Proposals received after the deadline stated above will not be considered.
