Federal law requires that the document be circulated throughout the state for a sixty-day period of time prior to final submission to the U.S. Department of Education. Within the sixty-day circulation period, federal law also requires that the state establish a thirty-day period within which it will accept written comments from the public concerning the document. In accordance with this requirement, written comments from the public will be accepted from April 1 through April 30, 2025. Written comments should be directed to:
