Vendor Content Update Form

Vendor-facing form for onsite product page updates. Requests will vetted by the Digital Marketing Team. For any product specification updates or edits please reach out to your appropriate category manager. This form will be used exclusively for updating imagery, content, and marketing collateral.
 
 
 
 
 
 
Take a look at the current copy on the website. Is anything incorrect in the current copy? Otherwise, we will assume that information is correct and still needs to be included in the updated information. The content in the Overview section should be written for a broad, general audience including medical professionals and everyday consumers. Our Digital Content Standards require 3 paragraphs with headings. Headings should describe the main subject of the paragraph. The Overview should include basic information such as: Who uses the product? (Children, the elderly, etc.) When should it be used? (After surgery, during rehab, etc.) Where can it be used? (Bathroom, clinic, kitchen, etc.)
 
 
The Details description should share some of the key selling features of your product. What makes your product unique? Each bullet should be around 200 characters. This is not the spot for product specifications.
 
 
Please request any other edits not listed elsewhere on this form. For any product specification updates such as color, size, weight, UNSPSC, etc. please reach out to your appropriate Category Manager or contact Vendor Management.

Image Requirements

It is mandatory to submit separate images to meet both our digital (website) and catalog/print standards. If both high res (print) and low res (digital) images are not provided, your product will not be added to the Performance Health website nor any print catalogs, so please be sure to send both.
 

Digital Photo Specifications:

Images less than 1000 x 1000 pixels prevent proper use of the website's zoom feature and will not be uploaded. - White background / Removed background - 1600 x 1600 pixels - 72 dpi - .png or .jpg (.png with no background preferred) - RGB color
 

Catalog/Print Photo Specifications

If images provided do not meet the below specifications, the product will not be included in the print catalog. - Images should have an effective resolution of 300 dpi. (72 dpi images, or images downloaded from a website are unacceptable quality for catalog printing.) - .psd, .tiff, .ai, and .eps format files are preferred; high res .jpg and .png are acceptable upon our review and approval - Minimum print size of 3” x 3” - CMYK or RGB color files are acceptable. Lab or Index color files are not. Do not embed an ICC color profile.
 
Please note: - Files can be up to 30 MB per file, 10 files per form submission - If files are too large to attach, please place in a zip folder. If still too large, use a sharing service like Dropbox or WeTransfer and provide the link.
