Travel grants are available for radiation oncology residents/fellows interested in attending the 2025 ACR annual meeting.

Please complete this brief application if you are interested in being considered for a grant.

Applications must be submitted by March 15.

Members of the CARROS Executive Committee will review all applications and notification of the selected grant recipients will be sent by March 31.

If selected to receive a travel grant I agree to submit a brief write-up regarding my experience at the meeting. I understand that the write-up will be shared with members of the CARROS Executive Committee and excerpts may be used in future ACR and CARROS communications to promote the meeting, the grant program and the value of being involved with ACR while in training. I also further acknowledge that my travel grant will be provided after the annual meeting, pending confirmation of attendance, submission of my write-up and submission of the required W9 and EFT forms.
