Request to Withdraw from Reserves

If a project’s loan agreement requires approval for withdrawal for either/both Replacement Reserve and/or Operating Reserve complete this form and provide requested documentation. To confirm if a request is required see Section 6.4.A and 6.4.B of the loan agreement for the project.

NOTE: For your request to be reviewed, you must ensure that you have uploaded a current CNA.

 

Do you have a Life Cycle Cost Analysis or Capital Needs Assessment uploaded to your SharePoint folder that has been reviewed and approved (By building ownership) within the last 12 months?

 

Allowable Replacement Reserve Expense: Replacement of building components, including appliances and mechanical systems, within or serving the Units

 

Provide a list of actual expenses and the costs associated with each cost leading to the final amount requested.

 
 

Upload the following in connection with this request:

  1. Upload each invoice, bid, or estimate associated with this request.
  2. Current Reserve Account Statements
  3. Current CNA/Life Cycle Cost Analysis
  4. If multiple items are within this request - If not outlined in the description, include an itemized list of allowable costs showing how you got to the final amount requested.
