​High school students in North Suburban Cook County are encouraged to get involved with Connections through Junior Council. Students in Junior Council collaborate as representatives of their respective schools to learn about homelessness, organize donation drives, and participate in service learning opportunities on site.

Junior Council meets on the third Monday of the month from 5-6 PM and has a number of in-person volunteer opportunities.
