Printed Material Requirements
Printed material can be one 8.5 x 11 page front-and-back on paper no heavier than 50 pound paper (color or black-and-white). Please contact the Advertising Chair at advertising@amatyc.org for exhibitor discount eligibility or for more information on any of the above options.
Deadline for receipt of goods: Materials must arrive no earlier than October 26 and no later than November 6. If items are received after the stated deadline of November 6th, AMATYC will not be responsible for placing items in attendee bags.
