2/20/20 - If you have not reached out for technical support and obtained a ticket number you will be unable to submit your warranty claim.
Any work performed without authorization will not be paid.
[ Product RMAs ]
Please obtain your RMA number from returns@holley.com prior to beginning this process if there is a product RMA associated with this claim. Be sure to include the issued RMA number in your submission for tracking and records.
[ Warranty Claim Procedure ]
Please fill out the included form using your ticket number to complete your claim submission. This number will become your claim number should you need to reference it at any point for status updates.
Scanned or clearly photographed copies of the repair work order must be uploaded for review.
You will receive a confirmation email of your submission for your records. All claims will be paid via check once your submission is approved and completed.
