STARLAB MOBILE PLANETARIUM SHOW (45 minutes)


Maximum of 60 students per session


  • $1,849 + GST for whole day package
  • $1,629 + GST for four (4) shows
  • $1,309 + GST for three (3) shows
  • $979 + GST for half day (2 shows)
  • $649 + GST for one (1) show



WORKSHOPS and SHOWS (60 minutes)


Maximum of 30 students per workshop


Shows include the first 50 students, then $4 + GST for each student up to 200


  • $1,739 + GST for whole day package
  • $1,529 + GST for four (4) workshops &/or shows
  • $1,199 + GST for three (3) workshops &/or shows
  • $869 + GST for two (2) workshops &/or shows
  • $549 + GST for one (1) workshop &/or show

Any combination** of StarLab, Workshops and/or Shows


  • $1,789 + GST for whole day package
  • $1,579 + GST for any four (4) programs
  • $1,249 + GST for any three (3) programs
  • $989 + GST for any two (2) programs


** A combination of up to any 2 program types are included in the base prices. 3 or more program types requires a second SciWorld presenter at a cost of $499 + GST.

Select only ONE start time for each program, noting that for multiple events on the same day a minimum of at least 15 minutes set-up gap is required.


Up to one-hour prior to each 'Start Time' is when SciWorld staff will arrive to set-up.

All SciWorld staff hold a current Working with Children's Check and will present evidence of this to customers upon arrival to sites.

PRIOR CONTACT


You will be contacted by a Team Member prior to the event to discuss program content and activities, room requirements, equipment and materials brought, alarms, smoke detectors, risk assessments, arrival time, parking, access/egress, sign-in procedures, set-up, cleaning and any other safety considerations.


TERMS AND CONDITIONS


1. You will receive a booking confirmation email and a tax invoice.


2. Payment in full is required no later than 10 business days prior to the date of the event (we accept online credit card & EFT payments). Pre-payment that is not received may inactivate the booking.


3. Where payment is made by EFT, please forward remittance advice to accounts@sciworld.org.au quoting invoice number.


4. Date rescheduling or cancellations must be advised in writing to bookings@sciworld.org.au at least 3 business days prior to the event. 5% administration fee applies to refunds.


5. Please provide access for SciWorld Team Members to prepare 45 minutes prior to the scheduled start time.


6. We keep customers informed of our programs and special offers by subscribing them to our email newsletters, which can be unsubscribed from.
