Incomes are based on maximum household income before tax.


•    You must complete, submit, and we must approve the Payment Assistance Application BEFORE you become eligible for the Water Service Line Grant. If you think you qualify, please complete the additional application at the link we'll include in your confirmation email AFTER you complete this application.

Water Service Line Loan

You are ineligible for a grant, but you may qualify for a 0% interest loan, dependent upon your credit evaluation. A lien is required on all loans.


Credit evaluation may include but is not limited to:

- History of Utility Bill payment

- Foreclosure

- Active bankruptcy


Loan Terms* Repair costs up to $5,000: 84 months Repair costs above $5,000 and up to $10,000: up to 120 months Repair costs above $10,000 and up to $15,000: up to 180 months The loan terms are based on your loan amount (you may be proactively pay off a loan faster, without penalty).


* Completing a personal finance educational course may qualify you for a temporary monthly payment reduction of $20 per month for 24 months.

Have you already received a bid for the repair work?*

The bid should include an itemized list of all work to be done (INCLUDING any permit costs required for your respective municipality) and be signed/dated by the property owner and contractor.

For example: the name on the property deed is different than the name on the application, Power of Attorney, Quit Claim Deed to the property, the property is in an LLC, any easement details, etc.
